Excellent breakfast buffet and convenient bike rentals.
The air conditioning was excessively noisy and ineffective, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. the housekeeping service was subpar. our used coffee cups were left for multiple days without being cleaned, which made the room feel unkempt. The receptionist appeared indifferent when we raised these issues during checkout, lacking proper concern for our complaints.

Modern room, comfortable bathroom, featuring a well-stocked mini bar and a fantastic view from the 10th floor, made my stay very enjoyable and convenient for exploring the nearby attractions at just a 1 km distance from the main transit stations.

Exploring Wroclaw with family 🏙️
Room was lekker spacious for the whole family. The brekkie had a big variety, even some surprise Asian dishes! The staff were super friendly, proper chommies, always willing to help.
The lift was a bit slow sometimes, had to wait a bit longer than I’d like.

Comfortable Stay with a Great Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay in a spacious room. The staff were exceptional, giving us great tips for local attractions. Do arrive early to secure parking, as it fills up quickly. The location was a perfect base for exploring the vibrant city!
